Taryn Simon Tears It Up at the Garage Museum

Taryn Simon’s multi-faceted exhibition “Action Research / The Stagecraft of Power” opened last week at Moscow’s Garage Museum. Simon (who happened to be married to Gwyneth Paltrow’s brother Jake) has an intense, research-based practice that addresses everything from floral arrangements to nuclear power in a way that’s thought-provoking, innovative, and occasionally strange.
